Pondering the idea of an Improved chambering rifle. Which ones the most efficient in power and speed in relativity to powder charge? Here's a list of some I'm looking into.

6mm Remington AI
.257 Roberts AI
.25-06 Remington AI
.280 Remington AI
.358 Winchester AI
.35 Whelen AI

Basically, it involves taking a standard cartridge such as say a .280 Remington, and blowing out the body, moving the shoulders forward, and sharpening the shoulder to a higher degree.

I know from personnal experience that the .50bmg is very efficient at improving the talibans thoughts on whether or not to attack a convoy.

Be sure to take an AI Trojan, lubricated with nipple end. That is unless you get two shots or miss the first shot, then take two.

A buddy of mine who did a lot of long range shooting (has a coyote at something like 1175 yards with it) had told me that the .280 AI has the largest improvement over the standard round, which is why he originally chose it.

For those who don't know what the hell RMFC is talking about, AI is Ackley Improved, and all it is basically taking factory casings and blowing the shoulders out of them, so it increases the powder capacity of the round. If I'm not mistaken, the huge advantage is that you can fire-form casings out of standard factory loads.
To achieve success, one must possess dedication, passion and a boatload of decoys.

You can shoot normal .280 Remington through .280 AI. But when you fire it, the brass will form to the AI chamber.
