Flinching?

Flinching?

Postby R. Chapman » Fri Feb 14, 2014 11:16 pm

Went up to the range after school today. Brought a hog legs and the 6mm Remington. Anyways, I kept flinching before I touched one off, throwing the shots all over the place. I couldn't believe I was flinching so horrendously. So went home and grabbed the 1100 and went to to the trap club just to throw a pattern on the splatter board. Didn't flinch at all. I hope I don't have to try and cure this weird flinch. Hoping it was just today.

if you loaded the rounds yourself maybe you were worried about your math skills every time you pulled the trigger. I know I would have been!

I don't know what it is but right before I shoot, I tense up and slam my eyes shut right as I pull the trigger.

A 6mm Remington or a 9mm isn't a small gun?

Apparently not if you are scared of it. May want to go back down to the humble 22.

Man up, and grow a pair of balls. It'll stop your flinching.

I've shot some big fuckin guns not many people would dare to shoot. Just a few off the top, .338-378 Wby Mag, .375 RUM, .404 Jeffery, .500 Linebaugh, .460 S+W and so on. Didn't have much of a flinch.
