He might have some stock left never hurts to try. But yeah what did it for me as far as using the was when I would call out to some crossing in front of me at about 400 yards and the whole group of 20 immediately turned, and it happens more than a few times for me. And like you mentioned by the time they get here they've heard it all and can be shy.

Most of them are from Gary Perinar at Committed Custom Calls. I'm hesitant to hunt them now since Garys not making calls anymore.

Is that a corian CCC top pic far left?

Here's a better pic, the other one had it pretty whited out.

That's nice. Looks like maple burl.

I do like the calls.
That bocote call has a set of OTE guts in it and has the widest power band of any goose call I've laid hands on. I've laid off to try your darling XXX, but other concerns have prevented that thus far.

I do, but thanks to Brandon at BIO and the 50% offer, they were inexpensive. I think you have more into one call than I have in everything I've had on ny lanyard for thr last 8 years.

I am pretty sure that is a Big River long honker goose flute and from the old instructional cassettes I have from Big River they sound good.

It is a big river, killed many birds with them back in the day. They sound good.

Don't exactly want to be a RNT guy now do I? In all honesty after using the VMs I was pretty much sold. I'll still keep my current J Frames but I got sucked into the cutdown cult. Bought two more cutdowns this morning.

regulator and the other you were looking for? Not a bad choice going with the cutdowns, they are all out ducky. When I get back, I'm going to let try the one modified, it's easy to blow yet can still take an unlimited amount of air and the loudest call I've ever ran.

I have an acrylic Canuck (that I tried OTEs in but went back to the Edges) and was on the list for a bocote one, but by the time they called about having made a run of them, I'd already decided I preferred the XXX. Not quite as much crack to either my hedge or ABW XXX as the Canuck, but they're quicker and more fun (read: "easier") for this meatball Canada caller to run.

Naturally, since they've finally given us a full season on our little Richardsons, they pretty much quit showing up and negated the need for any Canada call. But, by golly, I'm ready for them if and when...
