I can get quiet rasp out of my DC. But when I get on it to try and get loud it gets real high and crisp.

I'd like to think you could get plenty loud and raspy with that DC. Have you heard the Carlson's championship calls CD? I know it did far more for me than buying a bunch of calls I couldn't run looking for one that fit.

No I haven't. I'll check it out.
Gurantee it will be the best $20 you'll spend in regard to calls. They put all the emphasis on air presentation and not just saying silly words into the call.
