Now we're talking. I don't have much use for duck calls, but do love to tinker with goose calls. Make sure you post a link to a sound file when you get one made

Looks good but I'd also like to hear it. Have you decided how much they'll go for yet?

I personally like a deeper pitch, with adjustability

Same here. Shrill goose calls make me want to gouge my eyes out.

I like the higher pitch, they tend to turn em better for me. Really it depends on where I'm hunting too. Nearby trees or over water, I like a deeper tone.

My first thought was "Gander Valley Custom Calls," but I'd imagine it nigh impossible to come up with a shape that doesn't spark similar comparison.

(As to high vs low pitch, make mine high, but know its been years since I've shot many more Canadas than assateague has pintails.)

I like high pitch calls when working migrators and working in big fields. Over water, on foggy mornings and where sound may echo I use wood calls like BEM or something of the sort for a more mellow tone.

I'll more than likely just mount it right there in the field.
