Yea around the top where it is flat. You can use fine sandpaper or an emery board or whatever but the chainsaw file worked the best for me.

It is built to OLT specs with a shorter barrel. How you want the mouthpiece is up to you.
Your argument is like saying a bow isn't built good enough because it comes with a whisker biscuit.
