RCBS...

...has seem to gone down the shitter ever since they started importing their cast iron and metals from China. One of my Trim-Pro 2s actuating rods to hold the whole universal case holder assembly snapped on me two weeks ago. RCBS sent me 2 new rods, so I decided to replace both. I barely touch the other actuating rod an it broke. I replaced it with the new one and go to trim a handful of 6mm Remington. And the next thing I know, I heard a snap, the snap of both of the new actuating rods I had put in. I contacted RCBS immediately and all the told me was send $5 inside the shipping box and that shipping charges were my problems. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. To me, it seems as if their warranty policy only can be applied the first time something break but then after to forget about it.
