Always double check your powder drops when dropping charges for pistols from the measure to the case. I accidentally dropped a double charge tonight. Instead of 3.3 grs of Titewad, it was 6.6 grs. If you were to fire that off, you basically have a hand grenade. It doesn't double the pressure, it increases the pressure by about 64 times! It's like charging a rifle thats suppose to be 30 grains (being a safe load) instead of 60 grains.

Often you can look at the cases in the box after they have been primed and charged and visually pick out a double charge. However you check, a check needs to me made, Rex is right.
