New camera and training day

Postby Westie25 » Sun Dec 02, 2012 3:30 pm

As some of you know my dog that I worked so very hard on this summer and fall has a touch of gun shyness so she hasn't been out in 2 weeks. Well we finally got back out today for some much needed attention. I also used it as an excuse to take some pictures with my new camera. Enjoy.

Moose just squats right in the water. He likes to submarine his turds.

Lacey's dog likes to run in the brush and do his business. It sounds like a bear running through the woods when he gets done v

I was at a hunt test in Tennessee once where a big old Chessie did an awesome retrieve, came back and crapped right in front the judges feet. The judge was not amused.

Where at in west Tennessee? I'm from there and plan on doing some tests next spring. I train with Mike Cox and Adam Essary. Ring a bell?

This test was at Sweetwater in East Tennessee, between Knoxville and Chattanooga. It's put on by the Eat Tennessee Retriever club. Those folks put on a top notch hunt test. Its well worth the trip. Normally their test is close to Memorial Day, if I remember right.

I apologize, I thought I read west Tennessee. I have an uncle in Chattanooga. Might try and make it out there with my mutt.
