not at an intersection, unless I'm on a rampage of course, but if he's turning into a drive or parking lot hell yeah. My old man had taught me to never pass within 200' of an intersection as there's to many ways for things to get fucked, it stuck

But in acorns picture there no way of telling how far before the intersection driver #3 changed lanes.
Driver #1 assumed it was safe because #2 had traffic (and visibility) blocked.

My wife has heard thousands of trials, as a defense lawyer, prosecutor, and judge.

It is her opinion that when you approach a 4 way stop intersection, the WORST thing you can do is have some one there who motions you to go out of turn. In fact, she refuses to move when that happens. She told me she saw many, many accidents from two people trying to be nice and they end up running onto each other. Her advice: always go in the correct order at those intersections, no matter who is trying to be nice, etc.

Lost my 3/4 dodge to one of those incidents. Of course I was the innocent motorist and not the one "waved in". Had a boat behind me and couldn't even stop when she pulled out.

My friend has totaled 2 vehicles in this same way. He refuses to take the blame even though he pulled out when he couldn't see cars coming the first time (bus was stopped so he went and a crown vic took out food front end), and the other he was turning like this when someone was turning so he went and someone went around them and took out the front end again. Driver 1 was still at fault, sorry.
