Good bye 2nd shift!!

i didnt want to jinx my chances with a "wish me luck" thread, but last week i had an interview for a welding/maintenance job at work. i passed the (pretty intense) welding test with flying colors. then they called me for an interview. made it through the interview last week with a "not gonna get it" attitude. low and behold, my boss aproached me today to inform me i have the job. first shift! as far as me or my boss know, i am the youngest person to hold this new position on days in the life of the plant. i am pretty stoked to return to the world of the normal folks! so you fuckers get ready to see me on here during the high traffic times, i am sick of playing catch-up...

Not quite. She can pull herself from sitting to standing with ease though. She is probably gonna skip the crawling thing, she has reverse and that's it! Lol

my daughter never crawled, did a kind of scoot thing for a bit then right to a dead run and hasn't sit still since

Maybe if I was on the production floor. But this job is plant maintenance. I pretty much get called when something needs replace or welded.

I know what your saying though. I woul have a hell of a time in the job I hold now on days. Too many damn eyes on ya!
