just got out of court,the D.A. charged the guy who broke into my home with breaking /entering , att,burglary and animal cruelty.
he told me in the hall before court .he felt the dog had reason to feel threat to her self and home and acted in acted in self defence
of both . he did tell me to put a posting on our door to inform people about the dog just to be on the safe side so this is what wife put!!

im cool with it buuut! i have a boss and the war dept. would not go for it at all!! as for the the law suit he can still sue me but now i can sue him for pain and suffering for dog .what a load of you know what!!!!but the D.A say,s no plea deal,s this time. long list of arrest,s and deal, s with guy .no more playing.he want,s to use the 3 time,s ur gone on him . he told me under the new rule,s the fed,s have he still won't do more than 15 even under 3 strike,s law .

yep now the bullshit start,s as understand it he will see the court 3-6 time,s and the D.A. want,s me to be in it [i want a face for people to see not just a name ] his word,s . be pain but im doing it. might not have but the part about sue over my dog, well piss me off don't cover it . thanx for letting me bitch !!
