Is a rum n egg drink.

Separate whites but save yolks. Two eggs is enough.

Whip the whites til they are thick and stand up. Then add powdered sugar til it gets where you can pull a point and it stretches and turns like a dairy queen...

Then beat the yolks hard for a long time til they turn light yellow like lemon colored. Add powdered sugar like the whites.

Finally blend the two. Whites to yokes and gently stir/fold.

Boil water.
Add a good heaping tablespoon of the mixture to a cup, add water but save room for a shot of rum or whiskey.
Top with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
it's a new years eve or Christmas drink.
