So, a report just came out that details the findings of an investigation into a whole lot allegations against the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources... and damn is it entertaining. Basically, all the bullshit and good ol' boy stuff finally came to light, including the fact that the draw for blinds at Ballard WMA (pretty much the only decent public waterfowl hunting in the state) was rigged and just for show. (Page 8,Last paragraph)
