Deer Bacon

Brought this up once...damn it's good.
The raw stuff looks like this.
ImageIt looks like sliced up sausage. At first I looked at it and thought, "what a waste of good deer meat".
Then I cooked some up. I was wrong, soooo wrong.

ImageIt don't shrink much, lays flat, goes great on a biscuit with some cheese and egg, and is delicious.

Never heard of anybody making bacon from ground venison. Must taste better than it looks AB

I was highly skeptical but after eating some decided not to feed it to the dogs. For cooking in the blind it's ideal. Quick and easy.

Have you ever wondered why your dick still looks brand new, but your face is starting to look like an aging pirate?
