Team.. lol. Its team until there is success and then the manager gets a pay raise, bonus, and an award plaque. Failure means you get to be the sacrificial lamb because it was your idea, not the manager's.

The manager where I worked hired a chemical engineer to help with water treatment in the tower water and chilled water systems...I knew I was the lamb when we started implementing the chemist's ideas. Suddenly I was Bitched at for "MY" new water softener, and everything was on my shoulders.
Then they Bitches about everything not working like it was my fucking idea. THAT is how corporate works and this monkey got on a banana and split. Fuck that.
