Need Help On A Purchase

Postby MossyMallard12 » Thu Nov 08, 2012 11:37 am

I'm am going to purchase some GHG Pro-Grade Full Body Mallards (Harvester) and the cheapest place I could find was Mack's Prairie Wings. Does any body know where I can find them any cheaper?

Have you tried Craigslist? I don;t buy new decoys, because they just get beat to hell and need repainting anyway. I've always bought used, and saved a ton of money. (Well, except for when Storm Fronts go on sale at the end of the season for $19 a dozen, then I buy those and paint them as black ducks or goldeneyes.)

Are you sure Mack's is still cheapest? They were running an ad for $140 for the harvester pack but that sale is over, I think.

but if I knew where Assa's decoy shed was I'd just wait for him to paint his decoys then rip em off

Not like you'd really be stealing from him..... since he found them on the side of the road and all.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

I agree on the Rogers much cheaper than Mack's... But I haven't checked Ebay or Craigslist.
