Pretty sure it's Arkansas' Flooded Timber Legacy.
Could be wrong 50/50. Am not exactly a grammar expert.
Arkansaw's? Maybe I'm making silly posts again.

It is illegal to mispronounce the word Arkansas in the state of Arkansas so let's all get this right. 8-)

Arkansas' Flooded Timber Legacy is my vote
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.

Really don't know. That silent s is some sort or rule-breaker or something.
Maybe if someone from Texas's (?) fine state would get in on this.

Yeah, because those of us from Illinois don't know whether Illinois's problems should be Illinois' problems.

Seems like anyway you please.

Rule 1b. Many common nouns end in the letter s (lens, cactus, bus, etc.). So do a lot of proper nouns (Mr. Jones, Texas, Christmas). There are conflicting policies and theories about how to show possession when writing such nouns. There is no right answer; the best advice is to choose a formula and stay consistent.

Which means that those that use Illinois's will catch hell from those that use Illinois' and they can argue endlessly.

Consider that everyone says Illinoize except for the residents.

There's no noise in Illinois. I remember that from my grammar school. Not a lot else, but that one stuck even before I moved here.
