Does a 'The Blind" jinx exist?

If you discuss your upcoming hunt on "The Blind" does it have a bit of jinxing effect? I am starting to believe it is best to give post action results only. May have been jinxed on two occasions.

You say that now but you'll be in next year..... Maybe we'll pool together to pay for its travel expenses to and from you. How you didn't have a heart attack only the Lord knows.

Let's home the emperor gives you better luck than it had with Assa or myself!

I don't want to say it but, I went to scout this afternoon. The area I scouted would usually have a few thousand divers within site of shore this time of year. Well, I saw one flock of pinner, only about 50 or so. There were some small groups of GE but nothing substantial like is usually there this time of year. I only saw 1 (yes, I said one, as in singular) bluebill. The reports I'm getting from down river are worse.
I will have DHC Pac flyway rambler in the same timeframe as the Emporer. We will see, as I will have the double wammy. If I get birds than no one has an excuse.

The seasons almost over here and I did well this year on duck seven though I don't know how the hunting usually is here in MT, but it seems like a lot of places there has been very little sign that a sizable migration will hit at all, especially on your side of the PAC flyway QH.
