Haha! You are hooked! I am the same, took the kids to the zoo a while back. Came home with a bunch of pictures of ducks. Lol.

Ok, so the red billed things are gallinules, right? Would it be possible for those to cross with a ring necked duck?

The duck in the first pictures is a rosy-billed pochard, I believe. South American duck.
