And the sod comment gave me a good idea- I could string camo net over the whole place, with the EXCEPTION of the chicken coop. Look like a WWII deception. My tax will be $0.08

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard of in my life. How does that actually make it through legislation? So if it doesn't rain do you still get taxed?

THAT is an excellent question. Seems to me the amount of rainfall at my house should certainly dictate my tax, and how much runoff I am "responsible" for. never thought of that one. Excellent.
