yep, Utah is a fucking weird state when it comes to alcohol. Only local brewers can brew over 3.2, and anything else has to be sold in a state "liquor agency" for 3 times the price of any other state, and the "agency" can only be open for a few hours. fucking mormon bullshit! don't even get me fucking started on the bars here. had an assattack and nearly punched the "bar" tender.

Don't kill the messenger,...but there isn't THAT much difference between 3.2% by weight and 5.0% by volume. 3.2% by weight translates to 4.2% by volume...less than a 1% difference.
A buddy of mine's wife was a forensic chemist for a local sheriff's department and she sprung that on us at a party. Naturally, nobody believed her.
She even said that Anheuser Busch testified at a trial that there really wasn't any difference.
I know,...I know,... I can't get passed it either.

yep i was, Fredonia was the closest i got, other than the canyon i was in, which kind of sucked ass because of the heat. I rarely got any days off though unfortunately. I told WW to let you know on here, before i had access to a computer. never got your text though, otherwise i would have hit you up. when i'm down there i'm based in Kanab to hit the Paria and Buckskin. I have one more trip down there if the monsoons don't fuck us over, so i'll text you or hit you up on here when i know when i'm heading down again. if you're in the area and can make it and want to grab some bomb ass mexican food and beers, i'm down. sorry for not hitting you up sooner bro!

it's 3.2 by volume here, so it is definitely weaker brew. i've mostly switched to whiskey and moonshine, i just drink the 3.2 as a water substitute.

thanks boss, but I'm fine, wife's mother not so much, lost her balance and fell over last night, a trip to the urgent care ended in a ambulance ride downstate to a bigger hospital for surgery on a brain tumor she didn't know she had, wife's a basket case
