I remember talking with Waterfowlman after that whole deal, and he finally realized a passenger on his ship of a different persuasion was using the shared boat computer. It's amazing it still works with the amount of Lysol and bleach he probably poured to it.
I refuse to play any sport that considers water a "hazard".
