Damn guys great pics! I never fired a shot today! It was 28 this morning when I got home from work and headed too the blind. That's cold for these parts.

Not much to write home about. Shot 3 buffies, but the third was 10 feet on the wrong side of a bottomless mud gut. Really need that dog.

The walk out. Different than what some are used to, but it's what I like. Sand, and the sound of waves on the beach just over the hill.

With -2* outside we sat in the truck and watched, decided not to even bother setting up. Went to Elmer's and made a sneak on some bacon and eggs.

My kind of hunting! Today I was bitchin about it being 26 and windy. Week ago today while pheasant hunting it was 1°, windy, and 8+" of snow. I was stupid and hubted, you made the right call! How was the grub anyways?

I did it walking in, too, so I had all day to deal with it after setting the dekes. Luckily, it wasn't cold at all, or it would have been a short day. And wool socks are the best.

I'm sticking with Brian, for the record. That was my first inclination, we've talked quite a bit, and he knows what I want.

The grub was better than sitting in the blind watching the condensation from my breathe freeze on my facial hair.

At the duck club this weekend, my buddy and I got 3 teal and 2 buffies. The buffies buzzed us so many times this morning I couldn't take it. Shot into a flock of about 15, got 2 and they still wouldn't leave. Going to give this afternoon a shot, hopefully we get a few more bigger ducks.

I'd love to shoot at some ducks. We haven't had any "soft" water in about a month.

I'd like to see Peyton get there, but for my teams sake, I think we have a better chance at beating Baltimore.

GB. If they win tonight, I think they will be in the Super Bowl. It's going to be a tough game though, not too certain they can do it.
