I went hunting yesterday (11/14/13) morning and had a visit from NRP. The result of the visit is this....

"Queen Anne's County - Acting on a citizen complaint Thursday, an officer went to a field in Queenstown just off U.S. 50 at about 10 a.m. and found a hunting party. Sean Mann, 51, of Trappe, received a citation Thursday for hunting over bait. The officer seized two Canada Geese.

The case is scheduled for January 8 in Queen Anne's District Court"

I will discuss the details of the case after January 8, and would appreciate it if my friends would reserve judgement until after the case has been adjudicated.

It be funnier if it was a guided hunt with clientele. Probably was since their wasn't a mention of the hunters in the group. Getting his Maryland guide licence pulled is a real possibility. If canada hears about this when he deals with A.P.O.S to reup his outfitter licence he's screwed. If you're a foreigner with work permit/ outfitter business in Canada and You fart in the wrong direction . They would not hesitate to revoke your guides licence.
