Early Teal does not open until next Saturday so I'm just keepin' The Dude entertained until then. Taking him to the duck lease in the AM to scout. We'll see if he's a "morning duck" or not.

Well I found out this morning what "The Emperor" was made of. He's a little bit pissy when it comes to a early wake up call. He insisted on a on napping on the way out.

After finding a nice hole to float him in............

I'll be damed if two BBwhistlers did not fall in love with him. I was floating in my duck boat with nothing around me and these two Whistlers wanted him bad.

They kept circling and peeing at him for 10 minutes,

Met another scouter on the lake who built his own Hybrid. Nice guy. Talked to him for a while.

Loaded the boat only to find The Emperor likes a cold beer too.
