That's pretty much how I stopped drinking soda years ago. I just noticed it was making me feel like shit when I drank it and stopped without really thinkin' about it.

I agree with Assa on this one boys. Live without regrets. I don't eat much fast food. But I will in a pinch. I don't drink much soda. But every once in awhile one sounds goods. I try and keep everything in moderation. But this year I'm gonna try and get my weak body strong again. Problem is I hate going to gyms. Hate them. So I've decided on doing Sly's workout from Rocky 4. Figure if I can continue to burn enough calories I can afford to live each day without regrets.

This year my resolution is to not procrastinate, to try and get things done in a timely manner. My other resolution is to drink more and spend more time laying in the couch watching tv. I hope I am able to achieve atleast one of these goals this year. Fingers crossed!

I will check back in tomorrow, maybe, Spongebob is coming on and I need another beer.
