Try grilled bacon sometime. Dip it in BBQ sauce n toss it on the grill. It's addicting so ya better get two or three pounds when ya do this.
I've heard that it's incredibly stupid to fuck around with a crazy man's head.

If its got enough meat in it, after it cures, cut it into steaks and grill it. Low heat and 1-1.5 hours. Some of the best stuff in the world.
