Just buy Halibut and call it sturgeon. The texture is very similar. If you cook halibut and sturgeon both in a deep fried beer batter, most people couldn't tell the difference.

A little more earthy than most mushrooms, but for the most part they taste like the butter and garlic you sauted them in.

Now if someone could just teach them how to fly for a little longer than the first 10 minutes after LST. From 20 minutes before, to 10 minutes after, the skies are flooded with them here. But after that first 10 minutes, it's just the occasional stray. At least around here.
