You serious? To describe a DQ burger in one word...I have to use the word "dry".

I make my own. Why pay someone you don't know to do something you don't see them doing and then trust them by eating it?
Sounds creepy when put that way. You KNOW I'm talking about the Nintendo junkie who made your sandwich. You trust him?

The last time I bought a sandwich was a while ago.

Still haven't made it to the Chick-Fil-A in town.
This town has 500 restaurants and they all are over-priced. I'll make a trek and get something there just cuz...
What do you recommend to a chick-fil-a rookie?

It may be local fast food place idk, if you're ever in shreveport/bossier and stop for fast food, stop at griffs. They are similar to whataburger but bigger, greasier and better.

Chick-Fil-A has great chicken for fast food...I highly recommend the spicy chicken delux AB. We had one in the dorms at State in Normal. Pretty good shit.

Hey I bought a percolator, never used one before, how long do you brew the coffee to not burn it?

I was normally cool with 5 min, but definitely trial and error to find right where you like it. Guessing eachperco could be a little different also.

Roughy 5 min.
It will be burnt. You can not make unburnt coffee in a percoater.
As a rule...coffee thats boiled is coffee thats spoiled.

We do, and they are good. But honestly, none of them are as good as a burger at home.

A close 2nd is any small town Kansas burger, grilled on a flat grill in a small mom and pop cafe.

When someone says "honestly" is a red flag.
I know you were tryng to give your statement more weight.
I catch myself doing it too.

Not a Chiptole fan Assa? We don't have them here, but we have Qdoba, and they are great.

We have 5 guys as well, and I've given them two tries. Great fries, average burger, outrageous prices.

We have some great little custard stand / burger joints around here. Your dollar gets you a lot more in those places.

Culver's is the ticket.

As for Chipotle, I like the chicken burrito bowl, which is very slightly above average. Everything else is very average. Not saying it's bad, just very overrated. It's a burrito- it ain't culinary rocket science.

I agree that it's overrated, but it's still good. Very limited, but good.

Kinda like Sonic around here. They advertised on tv for YEARS before they opened one in the area. Everyone went nuts over it. It's just another burger, and instead of fries you get grade school tater tots.

I think this is where something clever about tapatalk should go.
