Need a new thermostat bc the el cheapo one I have doesn't work very well. Lookin into one that I can run from a smart phone so I can cut the ac off from work when I catch the wife running it 68 degrees.

Is that the nest?

Couldn't find any pricing on their website, what do they run the customer? The Honeywell are a recognizable brand, and I think we usually install them for $240.[/quote]look under the sales tab and then online store, 2-3 hundred ish, I sell them for 380ish plus labor and supplies. Needs a cat 5 from the router to the module, the module needs to be somewhere between the thermo and the furnace, usually have about 3 hours into an install if we have to run network wire. I haven't used the Honeywell but the Bayweb is very intuitive to use, can set up quite a few alert modes and has two or three inputs for open/closed type sensors, water bugs and such
