x2 Brew! I love trying new beers. It would be nice to know what someone with your taste buds thinks.

I loved the New Glarus beers I had over the summer. Spotted Cow - Naturally Cloudy Farmhouse Ale, and Moon Man - No Coast Pale Ale, were my favorites...

All time favorite is a tough one, prob since i havnt had it in 7 years or so since they closed down, but Traverse Brewing Co had Batch 500 IPA, that stuff was awesome. But I tend to lean morre toward the hoppy beers. The last year or so, Ive drank a lot of New Belgium Ranger IPA. Lagunitas Sucks, or Rogues Yellow snow are a couple others that i will seek out if I know theyre somewhere in town, but hard to find around here sometimes. I like hoppy Pilsners too. Victory Prima Pils is quite tasty, or if you wanna get fancy with the foreign stuff Pinkus makes "Ur-pils", very tasty as well, and organic so its good for you ;) Another favorite would be Lagunitas lil sumpin sumpin.
As for browns and ambers, Fat tire is a great beer. Like I said, im more of a hop head so I seek out more of the pales, IPAs and hoppy lagers. Octoberfests/Marzens should be appearing on the shelves real soon, i highly suggest that style. Usually malty, smooth and crisp with a slight roast to it. Kind of a fool proof beer style really.

Best bet is hit a few brewpubs and try a few, or find a beverage shop that sells single bottles or mixer sixers. Thats the best way to try stuff, that way your not blowing $8+ on a six pack only to drink one and not like it.

I honestly can't remember buddy. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if they do. They will have wild game for their special from time to time. Killer steaks. They raise their own beef, and feed them alot of the same barely and stuff they use for their beer.

Over thinking such a delicious food. Quartered then pan fried with flour and Everglades seasoning. Put in oven while making gravy and taters.
