I feel like such a POS calling his supervisor now. But at the moment I called I really wanted to let the cop know I was innocent. Wrong way to do it.

Mitchy, your right. The judge may assume other ohones were in the car and what not. BUt that is what irks me...I asked for them to search my car for other phones and to look through my phone.

Kinda sucks but what can you do at this point? I guess just show up to court and hope either the cop doesn't show or the judge isn't a prick. You may just be screwed tho...

If your plan is to hope the cop doesn't show up I recommend you get several continuances.

I talk and text on mine nonstop.

The first time I get a ticket I will figure I had it coming.

You could always hire a lawyer and really piss away some money.

Speaking of, that's another thing that absolutely irks the hell out of me: seat belt laws. Who gives a fuck if I want to wear a seat belt or not, that's my god damn choice. How can I get pulled over and ticketed for not wearing a seat belt, shouldn't every motorcycle rider on the planet be ticketed? Maybe if I wear a helmet in my car I'd be okay?

exactly, I wear my seatbelt, but is because I want to, some days I don't for spite, if I die on one of those spite days they have blood in their hands!
