NOPE!! I shoot mallards, pintail, wigeon, teal, gadwall, and wood duck...... Im just not a big fan of eating a hotdog and pretending its a ribeye.

I pass on big bills most of the time. Especially If I'm hunting by myself. Like today. No way would I shoot spoonys with the way the big birds were working. When its a tough day I'll shoot them. Or ill just go home empty handed.

Yes yes. If we need to fill 4 limits on a west side late season seaon. Or a rice field blind where you gonna get what to can. If you can get a good spot on two of the refuges I hunt the most. And only need 7 birds. You can let a few spoons fly by. I shoot spoonys. They are just on the bottom of the list.

I should kill whatever comes in, but like Gaddy said, if you know a "better"duck is moving in, why not wait it out?

I've gone home empty handed, plenty of times...it's not going to kill me if I make a bad decision, chasing the "good" ducks...
