Because the land owner would have to get involved. And odds are no one would be hunting there after the cops showed up on his doorstep at 5am. That is if the cops ever actually showed up at all.

he,s a good guy but this is what will happen noooo one hunt,s. it was 2 years of working on his outboard and asking also some fence repair. was happy to do it. taken 2 deer 3 hog,s and a turkey off his 900acers. river runs along all of it just a good place .as for the cop,s around hear everybody goes to jail and the judge sort,s it out and her answer is probation .not jail .no well you were right.it,s a money game. the cop,s say come to the casino on vacation we let you leave on probation just send the money order each month. i work on boat,s for some and the stuff that is done by them often makes me wonder wtf

I'd have to build a blind that has a steel door, a lock, and a no trespassing sign. Then if the blind jumpers break and enter...you have a criminal case, evidence etc.
Other than that you could show up drunk, insist on hunting with them, and shoot crows and imaginary ghosts...

It might have been someone who has had landowner permission in the past. Probably the best thing to do is chalk it up. Go back to the ramp and let the air out of two tires (take the shrader valves and leave them on the top of the tire.)

na it was some 19-20 year old,s but i did like bettys deal with shooting whatever . the land owner has never let any one but his kids hunt it and as 1 has passed on an the other is not well im it.i think we have it delt with now time will tell

This topic...I know where over 200 blinds were burnt. It started with gw posing as a hunter who takes an unoccupied blind. When the builders show up late and try to evict the gw, he lights the blind on fire. Big Lake has ZERO blinds thanks to ppl not being able to cooperate.

When I hunted Big Lake last year the locals gave me a wide berth because this blind controversy had peaked. They thought I was a Federal Game Warden from Illinois. Guys asked me which service I worked for...

Last summer all the blinds left were burnt.
