No because you'd come into the CG as am E3 with 10 years and youd be expected to be an E7 by 18.

Nope. Air Force is taking prior service, yet removing 25k....
My best friend joined the Cg the same time as i joined the AF. He was an E6 inn 6 years and a 7 in 9 years. Told me he never had to test until 7
