If you had gotten a lawyer with one phone call he would have had it reduced to Jay walking or some shit because the system didn't want to deal with him and he golfs with the judge. They are just going to let the system grind you down until you have no fight let

some traffic court judges get a touch pissy if you show up with a lawyer.

I do have the assa streak in me when it comes to being falsley accused and that is impart why I will not accept a plea deal, but also the reality is if I do get this charge it is 5pts on license. If I leave the courtroom and get the same charge totaling 10pts on my way home I will lose my license. Can't have that.

Case dismissed at pre-trial hearing today. The officer was court ordered to deliver his supporting deposition to my address which was identified in a court document and supplied to him. The mailing address I submitted to the court during my last visit is different then what the officer recorded as my address from my drivers license during the issuance of the citation. So the cop sent the supporting depo to the wrong address and not to the address I supplied the court with. The law states that if the cop doesn't get me the court ordered info by a certain date it is cause for dismissal. Not a big surprise this particular officer made a mistake yet again boys. Woooo hoooo
