lodge has a (recently discontinued) 16''er, you will thank me later. seriously, brotherhood of the dutch oven is coming this next weekend for sure) my gf's uncle just ran 16 dutch ovens concurrently with the largest being an oven over 24 inch diameter. it took 2 people to carry to the serving in the oven. total, he fed 200 people for 5 bucks a pop. (his niece's wedding)

I still enjoy a frozen/bought pizza every now and then, but homemade pizzas are stupid easy and way better. Do yourself a favor, get some spreadable cream cheese and spread a layer on the crust before you put your pizza sauce down, about half as thick as you do your sauce (not too thin that you can see crust through it). You won't go back. My personal favorite is a Chicken/Bacon/Ranch pizza, frozen Tyson chicken strips and the real bacon bits, holy hell that's good. Homemade pizza is now on the menu this week.

The chef on the boat was complaining that this tray with 6 pound beef filet wouldn't fit in the oven and she couldn't cook it for us tonight. We took the tray into engine room and cut the handles off both ends with a pair of bolt cutters. She wasn't happy but we're gonna eat it for dinner.
