Friend of a coworker. Sitting in a blind made-up with a lot id branches, shotgun down between his feet, barrel up and safety off. Went to stand up and a twig caught the trigger as thw was leaned over the barrel. Another friend is working it on the law enforcement side.

Yea it sucks. I did once on a pole iced over on storm trouble in Kentucky but was on way down and just came off about 7-8 ft
