Speaking of, that's another thing that absolutely irks the hell out of me: seat belt laws. Who gives a fuck if I want to wear a seat belt or not, that's my god damn choice. How can I get pulled over and ticketed for not wearing a seat belt, shouldn't every motorcycle rider on the planet be ticketed? Maybe if I wear a helmet in my car I'd be okay?

It didn't say who was doing the injection, just that injection was involved. I think they take turns, so either way works.

Show up with your call logs and ask for a jury trial. Even traffic tickets need to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I doubt a jury would convict you if the call logs don't match up to the time on the citation. Plus, you have nothing to lose and the prosecutor may dismiss the case once he sees your call logs.

the truth is...you're right. Management doesn't force quotas on us. But I set my own personnel ones. 3-4 coffee breaks a day. No less. That's a job well done.

I have to wear a seat belt while in a car or truck in Kansas, but if I'm riding a motorcycle in Kansas I don't have to wear a helmet. Glad to see the lawmakers are concerned for my safety.
