We turned 20 pounds of a deer once into straight bacon. Won't do that again.

How the fuck do you do that? I've always heard deer fat ruins meat, and fat is almost all of bacon.

I made some bacon, then threw diced red potatoes into the grease. Added some spices, then onion and corn after a while. I finished it with bacon pieces.

Now I'm hoping to make it to the can when the time comes. I won't get much warning...
