Prairie chicken and dove with some orange glaze indaswamp gave me. I added some chopped candied jalapenos. FF and TK stopped by for dinner.

Deer round steak and sirloin tips fried chicken style with macaroni & cheese and pickled beets.

Jumbo shrimp and flounder fillets, sauteed in garlic, bay leaves, butter and olive oil, with a healthy dose of Tony C's..........and leftovers for lunch to day :)

Just had Bayou Pasta at Brett Favre's Steakhouse in Green Bay. Damn good!

BAYOU PASTA
Jumbo gulf shrimp, crawfish meat, and andouille sausage simmered in a Cajun cream sauce and tossed with penne pasta.

Sure does. Wore me out just describing the preparation. Remember there was a desert of some kind in the wings but none of us made it that far.

Today, home made pizza. Yesterday was pan seared blackened Mahi Mahi, dirty rice and biscuits.

Good stuff for sure, these dove and prairie chickens were cooked with a jar of orange glaze he gave me.
