Prairie chicken and dove with some orange glaze indaswamp gave me. I added some chopped candied jalapenos. FF and TK stopped by for dinner.

Jumbo shrimp and flounder fillets, sauteed in garlic, bay leaves, butter and olive oil, with a healthy dose of Tony C's..........and leftovers for lunch to day

Just had Bayou Pasta at Brett Favre's Steakhouse in Green Bay. Damn good!
BAYOU PASTA
Jumbo gulf shrimp, crawfish meat, and andouille sausage simmered in a Cajun cream sauce and tossed with penne pasta.

Good stuff for sure, these dove and prairie chickens were cooked with a jar of orange glaze he gave me.
