I've got a rollerball that's pretty damn nice. Just didn't think I could handle the commitment of a fountain pen.

I used fountain pens all through college. Love the damn things! Granted, they were about 4 bucks and disposable....

Cool, don't think I could ever give that much for a pen but they do look pretty slick.

I like doing things the way they used to be done. I'm going to invest in a real straight razor here soon if that's any indication of my personality. I like the feel of a fountain pen on paper better. It's gritty and loud and you can feel the texture of the paper through the pen. Any old pen will work, I just like the experience of using fountain pens. You also have the option of using a wide variety of inks-blues, greens, greys, black, browns, reds, burgundy. There's a lot of room for customization.

Noodler's Flex Nib. They're a bitch with splatter but I'm getting the hang of it. Flow is unreliable too, but it's cheap and you can flex the hell out of the nib for some cool fonts.

I will have to take your word for it. I got them at the college library. Need to see if they still sell them. The way they write is somehow just fun! Not sure how to put it into words, but I much preferred taking notes with a fountain than a bal point...

Well you're doing a damn good job of it because just about anything you quote now is a cluster fuck to read.

How old are you?
Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live, I will kill you. If I die, you are forgiven." Such is the rule of honor.
