I just don't like the new tapatalk and I wasn't able to post photos at first, I'm back-ish now. The new job is a killer. I have to do everything management wise bc the boss is never there and there's not a second assistant. Give me another week or two and ill be back on here full swing again.

votes can be misleading. I'm on tapatalk and can't vote, wonder if there's more like me. My vote would be for no change or a separate form for no off topic, call it the real fucking boring forum or something similar.

It sounds good on paper to have yet another subforum but all it does is clutter things up even more.
If the vote shows that people want more moderation you either have to give it them or let them leave... and vice versa.

I dont think thats true. The mods are a big part of the problem in the first place. Were they to follow the rules, a lot of the bs would clear up. You wouldn't have any extra work but you would have to exercise self control.

As for the FOE list. The administrator doesn't allow mods to be there, believe me I have tried. If I could have foed the pack of wolfs known as so called moderators my boat build thread would still be open.

Here is an idea. Decommision all the mods and only have one super moderator. ME

If a reader is searching google on how to take out the trigger assembly of a Browning gold hunter, he doesn't want to read about a fight with a kids teacher, how great the neighbors ass looks, what the best beer is, or why you should shoot a deer in the head. He wants to find a clean thread on how to take out the trigger assembly.

Sorry Aaron, but some things in life are focused more on the subject at hand and less about what ever some smart ass wants to blurt out. This is for the good of the site, not for the ego of the posters.

Here is the deal TK, if someone is looking for how to take out the trigger assembly of a browning gold hunter when they do a google search there will be hundreds of sites out there that will say just that. In fact they could probably go to the Browning site and look it up directly. There are hundreds if not thousands of "serious" sites out there. What makes you think that this place should be just like every other site out there? People ask questions here and get answers. I think ever member here is very helpful, yeah there is a lot of jokes and playful banter, but that is part of what sets this site apart from the rest.

Just for funsies, should we compare the site traffic/post stats of the two to see which place people would rather be?

Like I already said I can understand both sides of this issue.

Do I think they need to man up and take a joke or take more responsibility for posting good content that stays on track? Absolutely.

However, I have gotten over a dozen PM's from regular members and new members all saying that they love the site but it's to rough for them to feel like they can post a lot.

You regulars who think WFF is perfect the way it is are really only hurting the site when you all jump on one member you may not like and intentionally drown their topic. You guys don't think past what is funny, but the whole world can see it and I bet it stops more people from joining in on WFF than you think.

Just food for thought. The vote continues.

Also I just ate a whole package of Bacon.

In all seriousness I give no shit. Just like giving you a hard time for whatever. I will say compared to others this is a unique forum in the way you've been running it. Imo it's what has made it what it is but if you want it to be like all the rest, it's yours to do so. Who are we to say how to run your forum. However I do like it the way it is more so b/c of the member base and the freedom we have to fuck with each other in the fun loving manner we do.
@That said, I want some cabelas point too before you forget why you started the site and ban me.

You act like I'm trying to control your every move. I'm just trying to make the site good for everyone and comments like that make me want to just step away all together.
