weird. i use as many as four or five different types of peppers or more if i can and dont need any help with tenderness after 1.5 hours of cooking. thanks for posting it.

Thank you! We opened on the 5th of this month, not counting early goose or youth duck, I've been out 16 times.

Damn, I thought you opened before us. Our second split starts on the 9th, which seems earlier to me, but it might not be. Going to try and get the kiddo out on Saturday for youth day. We'll see if she'll get out of bed at 3:30, although it almost seems like a waste, because there aren't any birds here yet, really.
