So I figured out all about the machine to where I'm the man...
The owner took the machine and put it into this tiny little block-walled room he called a "lab". No toilet, sink, phone or anything. He explained there had been security problems!?!? and that he was locking me into the room. (Steel door) .
I was like WTF? I asked am I fired if I refuse?
"Yes".
My wife came to bring my lunch, freaked, and called 5-0. Its not legal to lock up your employees. Really? lol
All these quitting stories... They just make me think of the old "if I knew then what I know now" saying
Those jobs you have when you're young are meaningless bullshit, I'd hate to even think about what a more callused, meaner, with x1,000,000 more life experience than I had back then, ten years older me would do if I had to deal with some stupid ass fucktard job like that nowadays.
I actually considered applying for a part time job at Loews or Home Depot during the winter bc my job is so slow so I could stack away some extra cash... Then I thought to myself - " Self...you wouldn't make it one day dealing with some dipshit manager talking down to you like you were stupid."
So I decided against it.
I wanted to work at Lowes so I could say I got fired from a job. Unfortunately I never got a call from them.
Aren't you in the Air Force? I hear they prefer to hire military veterans
I'm not sure. I know Lowes was created for vets but I know they won't hire a full time contractor to work there part time
