Lawsuit waiting to happen.

Just put them down, waste of time and money.
“If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” ― Samuel Adams

ha  . I don't know how people could trust an adopted pit? I really don't. I have experience around one that was normally a very nice dog but that bitch would turn on you in the blink of an eye. She went from a great dog to straight nasty depending on the situation.

I grew up with a pit bull as a pet. My parents got her a few years before I was born. Great dog never hurt anyone and never even acted aggressive. But just because of a few rare exceptions like the dog we had doesn't make it a safe breed at all. When I was like 10 I almost got killed by one. Luckily I was going downhill on roller blades and didn't fall. That son of a bitch was right on my ass all the way. I ended up making it to the side door of my friends house and getting inside before it got to me.

It probably mistook you for a small meager meal rolling around like a fairy on your skates
