Jehler, Jgun,Jbrew, and Jr. I'm jumping on a plane tomorrow heading to MI. I won't be in TC until the first as I have some family commitments to take care of first, but how's the ice looking? Long lake better be ready to go when I get there, I want to slay some walleyes! I'm sick of only catching damn trout.

Better not have the boat winterized.
Not much for ice here yet. Hopefully it remains cold without snow to get them froze up. I don't know how long lake looks but the ice on a lot of lakes isn't thick enough yet. I have a brand new shanty and auger just waiting to be used.

Boat is winterized and buried in a friend's garage. There WILL be ice for me to fish upon!!!

I'm starting my ice fishing as soon as ducks are over! Just got enough ice built up to start trying around here at the local lakes though.

A few of the smaller lakes have froze over, but the lakes with decent fishing are still questionable. Bring your gear just be ready to not fish and drink beer.

Talked to a guy last night that said skego was froze over but still had a few water spots but they were hoping to get out this weekend.

I read on bucs fising report that guys are going out on Spider. I can do some damage on that lake.

2.5-3" on skego off baggs rd.
About 8 groups fishing a couple hundred yards off the ramp.

Long way to drive for me for throwback perch. I can drive a lot less and fish a lake that I don't keep any under 11.5", and yes I do catch fish there
Got into town last night late. Just read on Bucs fishing report that guys are fishing Long Lake now. This could get interesting....
Any of you jokers want to meet up to do some fishing? I'm around till the 10th when I'm headed up to LBDN for a few days to chase the big eyes.

Planning on taking tomorrow off work to take the boys fishing. Was thinking skego but if you have a better spot we can hit that. I'll probably be fishing and cutting up deer this weekend too.

you said skego, idk, ill get a 3 way text going with bulldog later and will get this nailed down. hes a perch snob and doesnt want to catch small ones, maybe we should go to his lake?

I'm getting overwhelmed with this 3 way. Which lake do you guys think has better ice? I'm going to be hot pissed if I go swimming without my water wings.
