Thought if share a few of my garage projects.
Had an old leaky pair of neopreme waders and four old bar stools from work, a little cutting and stapling, and tada, waterproof bar stools.

My latest off tIme project was a bourbon barrel converted to chair. Barrel was a used free bbl from work, and about $10 of misc materials.

I always throw a huge superbowl party in the garage/mancave so I have lots of seating, big screen tv, stereo, kegerator and beer fridge.
What you got kickin around the garage?

Other way around. We are buying their house and they are building new. I will have a very large tab at cheap motels by April.

The progress however is showing and I can actually make it to my bench. (Notice all boxes an bags underneath is my already growing stockpile of just about all decent hulls I can rathole)

If that was done with my waders, your chairs would leak!
That barrel is awesome.

It was pretty easy to tell. Enjoy those chairs and stools, they are cute until that wedding ring goes on.

A woman has no opinion on the decor in the garage anyways. She can have full say on where the potholders hang in the kitchen though

Thats the agreement, she can do whatever with the house, but the garage is mine to do as I please. I do however do most of the cooking, I prefer it that way, I like to cook.

I had plans for my new garage but now Olly has already staked out claim of one corner for four wheeler storage until he moves to Alabama . How much rent should I charge him?

You have to give your deployed buddies a break. I stored my buddies Tacoma for him for a year. I've had his bass boat/fishing gear and camping gear for a couple years now, and recently he brought over his guns and gun safe and reloading equipment. I think I have all of his shit except clothes.

I'm only gonna ride it around the block I'm too poor to risk tearing it up on the trail . I've got an old Polaris and the parts are sky high.

Almost done with the high bar for the superbowl party, 90 percent of the wood is recycled pallet wood and the other 10% is rough pine from our sawmill. I think I'm gonna get a 1 1/8 paddle bit and sink bottle caps randomly on the top, perhaps some shorshell ends as well. 21 more days for the big game that I could care less who plays, just a reason to cook a $&@load of food, drink lots of beer and hang out with friends.

Looks good! You should cover the top with caps, then build a lip and fill it with resin.

Okay I gotta ask.
Those 5 gallon glass bottles on the couch and that plastic tote with liquid in it. Is that what I think it is?

I will say that if you try this, HAMMER the caps into the wood first. If you lay them out neatly and then pour the resin like a dumbass, you will have them floating to the top, all unevenly, and have to throw it away. Ask me how I know.

Good point. Either way, that is a sweet man cave.
