I just realized. I haven't spent a single dime since last friday when I bought beer for the weekend. Damn I'm doing good on saving. Working just a few miles from home is awesome too. Instead of having to fill up the truck every 3 to 4 days, I fill up about every 2 weeks. Saving that cash money.

Mose, I'm like you I live less than a mile from work and I haven't spent any money for a week except for a few cans of dip.

Although I feel like since I've got a Glock 17 and 26 I need a 19 to round out the family. I will probably pick one up in 3 months when I'm home in GA again.

In my head. I haven't been able to make a good thump box despite trying many times. They work ok, but leak like a sieve and get too hot.I have another idea for the next run.

You won't do either. I'd recommend not doing it inside, if possible. And when you have the run complete, don't drink the first third and last third (heads and tails). Just drink the middle third (heart). Save the heads and tails to put into the still for the next run. The hardest part is being patient waiting for the mash to finish working. I've found that if it calls for 5 days, plan on two weeks. I think the ingredients or yeast aren't as good as they used to be.

Good luck finding that 19. Couldnt get one a few weeks ago.

I ended up with the XD-9 and am glad I did, its better than the 19 in several ways.
